Main course : A bowl of regular oatmeal ( not quick -cook instant oats, as they have a GI of 66, while regular oats have a GI OF 55 ) with goat or sheep’s milk , sprinkled  with flaxseed, chia seeds, almonds, walnuts, goji berries, acai berries, gooseberries,and a sprinkle of  ground cinnamon

Dessert :Chocolate Chip Cookie
