1.    Cauliflower Cream Beef Stew

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 6-8 hours

Ingredients:

  •    Three cups beef broth
  •    Two cups cubed beef
  •    Two cups coconut milk (or full fat cream)
  •    Two heads of cauliflower, chopped
  •    One tablespoon black pepper
  •    ¼ cup chopped yellow onion

Directions:

In the instant pot keep all of the ingredients.

Cook on the slow cook setting for 6-8 hours.

Serve with salad and bread.

 

2.      Broccoli Potato Cream Beef Stew

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 6-8 hours

Ingredients:

  •    Three cups beef broth
  •    Two cups cubed beef
  •    Two cups coconut milk (or full fat cream)
  •    One head of broccoli, separated from the large stem
  •    Two cups cubed potatoes
  •    Four cloves of garlic, chopped

 

Directions:

In the instant pot keep all of the ingredients.

Cook on the slow cook setting for 6-8 hours.

Serve with salad and bread.
