Potato and Beef Roast Classic -Vegetable Beef Roast

1.     Potato and Beef Roast Classic

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 6-8 hours

Ingredients:

  •    Two cups beef broth
  •    One cup sour cream
  •    One beef roast
  •    One cup potatoes, chopped
  •    One cup carrots, chopped
  •    One teaspoon black pepper

 

Directions:

In the instant pot keep all of the ingredients.

Cook on the slow cook setting for 6-8 hours. Check progress after six hours. Allow to cook on low for all 8 if necessary according to your schedule.

Serve with salad and bread.

3. Venison Stew

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 6-8 hours

Ingredients:

  •    Two cups beef broth
  •    One cup sour cream
  •    One pound venison (deer meat)
  •    One teaspoon black pepper
  •    One cup chopped potatoes
  •    One cup green peas

 

Directions:

In the instant pot keep all of the ingredients.

Cook on the slow cook setting for 6-8 hours.

Serve with salad and bread.
